This Refund Policy explains how Alves techh. Ltda. handles cancellations and refund requests for our software development, automation, consulting, and technical education services. Specific terms in a signed contract or proposal always take precedence over this general policy.
Custom software and automation projects are typically billed in milestones tied to agreed deliverables. Amounts paid for milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, any advance payment for that milestone is refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed.
Architecture reviews and consulting engagements are billed for time and expertise delivered. Sessions or reports already completed are non-refundable. Unscheduled portions of a prepaid package may be refunded upon written request.
If you cancel enrollment in a mentorship or training program before it begins, you are entitled to a full refund. After the program has started, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the sessions not yet delivered, provided the request is made in writing.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your project or enrollment details. We aim to respond to refund requests within five business days.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible, within up to fifteen business days of approval.
